> Damage & repair and corporate visual identity management of advertising and signage on buildings (expanded to approx. 16,000 managed locations)
> Damage & repair and corporate visual identity management of advertising and signage on vehicles (approx. 3,000 managed vehicles)
> Customers amongst others Aegon, Deloitte, DHL, Grolsch, Heineken, Jaarbeurs Utrecht, Louwman & Parqui (“Toyota Netherlands”)Delivery and development of the BU’s IT applications (web portals), used for the management & maintenance services
Project manager damage & repair management vehicles DHL
> Design and implementation of processes and (internal) organisation
> Design and implementation of the online damage & repair management system (java)
> Implementation and rollout to the Dutch DHL-branches
> (Digital) Tender amongst 200 potential damage repair suppliers, centralisation to aprox. 20 suppliersResponsible for P&L, HR, delivery and supplier management
